In 2008, my wife and I founded an educational consulting company to do some of the most important work we know of on this earth: caring for and nurturing our teachers.  If we provide the best working environment possible for our teachers, full of encouragement, recognition, support, and positive vision, then our students will have the best education possible, and will thrive today and in the future.  We set out to change the world.  I often say that I'm out to change the landscape of education, broadening the support for teachers locally, nationally, and globally.  Here is the vision and mission statements from Trusted Coaching for Schools:
